Conquering anxiety in a scientific and compassionate way

Healing grounded in science

Anxiety and OCD are treatable. Research has shown that cognitive-based therapy (CBT)—a short-term approach that helps you learn to identify unhelpful behaviors and thoughts and their connection to your emotions—works. I use CBT and a specialized type of CBT called exposure and response prevention (ERP or EX/RP), as well as mindfulness-based approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), so that we’re leveraging effective, evidence-based tools to achieve the best outcome.

Compassionate and collaborative

Anxiety and OCD can be incredibly scary and isolating. When intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and worries take over, they rob you of your ability to enjoy life. Maybe you’ve been struggling for years and nothing has helped, or maybe you just received a new diagnosis and don’t know what’s next. I’m here to serve as a trusted guide, helping you make sense of things and supporting you as you break patterns and reclaim your life.

Growth-oriented

I’m committed to helping you reach your goals. My approach is proactive and structured. Together we set goals and start working toward them right away. Every client is different, but many see me for a three- to six-month time period, during which they transform their ability to manage and overcome their anxiety.
